Absolutely a beautiful dress...color and material are better than I expected...We absolutely love it.... I had been searching for a second dress for my daughter's sweet sixteen. This is the perfect dress for that special day!!!!

I am 5'2" and wear a size 6. I am 58 and still blond. My arms are large (my husband says the are muscular, I say they need to be hidden) and my shoulders are not broad. The sleeves fit well and were not too long. The top has large shoulder pads this adds to the glam. The placket separates at the bottom - - just like the picture. It is not tight, so I think I will add another hook & eye. I think an XS would have been too tight around the hips. This top is very versatile and unlike many, has some color.
